The enrollment of the students belonging to third countries falls under the provisions of the Ministry of National Education as stipulated in the Minister’s Order No. 6000/15 October 2012, regarding the approval of the Methodology for the enrollment of non-EU citizens in Romanian public/private higher education institutions, with the subsequent alterations and annotations.
WHO CAN APPLY
Citizens belonging to third countries who have a valid high-school diploma/GCSE/GCE – A level (with minimum D in biology and chemistry), that grants them access to higher education.
